About Us

Background

Narcisi & Company, P.C. was established in January 1966 by the late Laurence A. Narcisi.  It was founded on the commitment of assisting businesses, trusts, nonprofits and individuals with their financial and tax needs.  Clients are provided with the highest quality of service and personal attention.  Upon graduation from college, Lisa Narcisi Kyne began working full-time as a staff accountant.  With the death of her father in 1999, Lisa became sole shareholder of the firm.

We have successfully completed Peer Review by the Private Companies Practice Section of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.  We have participated in this quality control review of our work by other CPAs since 1990.

Narcisi & Company, P.C. is licensed as a CPA firm in PA and FL.

We are pleased to announce the acquisition of the firm John T. Durkin, CPA.  Jack, his staff, and his clients are a nice addition to this practice.

Lisa is the principal at Narcisi & Company, P.C. She is responsible for Client Care and Firm Management. She graduated from Villanova University with a BS in accounting and a minor in religious studies. She is a member of AICPA, PICPA, FICPA, and NJSCPA. She is certified in PA and FL. She resides in Chester County with her husband Mike and enjoys pinochle, the Phillies, and travel.

Len began his career with this firm upon graduation from Bloomsburg University with a BSBA degree in accounting. He is responsible for the accounting and tax services for the clients. He is a member of the AICPA and PICPA. He is certified in PA and FL. He resides in Bucks County with his wife and enjoys sports and his grandchildren.

Jack began his career working for his father as an accountant. He is proficient in tax matters relating to various entities and a highly skilled accountant. He graduated from Penn State University. He is an honorary member of the AICPA and PICPA. He resides in Montgomery County with his wife and enjoys woodworking, sports and his grandchildren.
